With a strong background in business management Marion started her career in one of the leading global IT-companies where she developed and implemented state of the art logistics processes and systems throughout the European organisation.
After some years of successful project management she transitioned to the telecommunications sector, just as the market in Germany was about to be de-monopolized. Commissioned by members of the executive board she set up key business processes and intensely worked with management teams throughout a fast growing telecommunications company that is now the second player in this industry in Germany. Later, as head of human resource development, she was responsible for large-scale change processes and cultural change in the aftermath of mergers & acquisitions. As director of IT-customizing and quality management she combined her profound experiences of process and people development with her background in information science: migrating IT-systems, IT-processes and cultures after another large acquisition.
In 2004 she decided to leverage her knowledge in the high tech-industry, telecommunications and IT sectors and expand to other sectors as an organisational development expert and executive coach, helping organisations, teams and individuals to manage organisational change, implement effective communication processes and thus achieve ambitious business objectives.

Using a variety of coaching methods she has the ability to easily adapt to the specific individual and professional needs of her clients. She creates a mutually respectful relationship and supports her clients in unleashing their individual potential to the fullest.

Marion worked extensively with senior executives on a one-on-one basis and with management teams. She has considerable experience facilitating workshops with management teams and helping them to orchestrate organizational change. Widening the horizons of the leadership function and developing excellence in leadership skills is always in her focus.
